Our personnel are carefully selected for talent and experience and work in teams appropriate to each project.
Training
We take training seriously. Staff training is undertaken and monitored on an ongoing basis.

Networked computers are provided for every staff member and are used for: - Design (including drawings)
- Calculation
- Management
- Correspondence (including email)
We have successfully migrated across to Linux.
We also make use of industry standard software, such as ESP-r (Energy simulation application), Autocad 2004 LT, Windows XP, Microsoft 2000 Professional and a variety of professional calculation suites.
